An absolutely gorgeous autumn / winter warming light lunch. Soup served with a nice warm bread or rolls with some cheeses is literally one of my favourite things in the world. A great favourite in my family is what we call 'Fridge Soup' which is literally whatever vegetables we have in the fridge at the time. The only problem we have with this is when we make a really great batch we can never replicate it because we have no idea what went in it or in what quantity!
